Jessica is most widely known as the creator of Design Seeds, a color & inspiration site launched in May of 2009. The site averaged 2 million pageviews a month for a decade, while she gained over 1.5 million followers across social.
Design Seeds has been featured in prominent publications including; USA Today, MTV Fora, HGTV, Apartment Therapy, Better Homes & Gardens magazine, Smashing Magazine, and The Huffington Post. Jessica has been included as Mashable's #3 of the 21 leading online influencers in their "must-follow Pinterest users" list, as well as Refinery29's top 10 Pinterest influencers.

HI HUES was launched in January of 2020 as a color inspiration site with the purpose of creating modern color for the new decade. Jessica created all inspiration images, color swatches, and blogged about both her creative process and insights.
Abruptly interrupted by Covid, HI HUES is a time capsule of pre-pandemic optimism, bursting with human made inspiration, photography, and color. Although new online content had been "paused" by abrupt circumstance, HI HUES has lived on in various mediums and articulations.
