TBL 2002 - 2008
I was grateful to work in-house at Timberland during the brand’s heyday of innovation and cultural relevance.
When I was brought onto the Women’s BOOT Team (aka Streetwear), it was a $23M dollar business based primarily on the Nellie (a Men’s takedown).
Working alongside a brilliant Development & Marketing team, the Women’s business skyrocketed to over $100M in 18 months with the launch of the Lady Premium and Lady Field Boot collections. I was fortunate to design prolifically in my time there, while creating a great deal of product that was not only successful in the market, but also made an impact on culture to this day. The Lady Premium 14” (designed in 2002) is still in production, and re-issues of my originals designs are being brought back through key collaborations (from boots to stilettos).
